What Would You Like to Know?

Do you have windows/doors in stock at the factory?

No. All of our joinery is custom made to order and each item is designed for your space and taste.

Do you offer installation?

Unfortunately not. We are a supply only fabricator. You will need to have your builder or installer lined up. We can recommend installers that work with us regularly if you need assistance finding someone.

I just need one window, can you do that?

Yes! We can help with anything you need. from one window to an entire house lot, every job is important, no matter the size!

Can I change my colour/hardware?

Yes and No. Depending on the stage of your job, sometimes we can't. If we have placed your order with the suppler, you will have to pay for any costs incurred due to the change. We suggest you have these decisions made prior to paying your deposit.

What is your lead time from quote to delivery?

This really depends on what other jobs we have going on in the factory. Sometimes this can be up to several months. We will advise you of our current lead time when we send you your quote.

Can you come and measure my house for a quote?

We ask that you follow our guide for measuring on our enquire now page for more information required for quoting. However, if you are not comfortable measuring up, we can arrange a time to come out.

How much does delivery cost?

Depending on your address and the number of items in your job, delivery costs will vary.

Do you have a showroom?

We sure do. You are more than welcome to visit us during our showroom hours to discuss your needs. In fact, we welcome it!

What warranty do you offer?

Each component of the build offers a different length of warranty. We can discuss this information with you based on what is included in your build.

I have old Elite joinery, can you help with repairs?

Although our name was similar, we now fabricate Nebulite. Elite was an old brand that is not often used now. It is possible to find parts to fix up anything you have just be sure to use someone who specialises in repairs and maintenance of aluminium joinery.

I don't live in Warkworth, can I still use Nebulite North?

You sure can! We service all over Auckland and Northland (we've even done work on Waiheke & Great Barrier). Please be sure to talk to your sales rep about your job and we will talk to you about the delivery options for your location.
